Job Description:
- To handle leasing activities from enquiry , site visit, tenancy administration to providing quality tenant services
- To handle properties including industrial building units, retail space, residential (small and luxury units)
- To maintain & establish good relationship with existing & potential clients
- To negotiate with property agents and tenants
- Report on leasing and marketing trend
- To handle paper work for the leasing department including contracts
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- Minimum 2 years experience in property leasing and / or management
- Experience in tenancy management in residential or commercial property preferable
- Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills , multi tasking and capable of working under pressure
- Good numerical and analytical sense
- Familiar with MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- Familiar with relevant laws and ordinances
- Familiar with drafting contracts and explaning with clients detailedly
- Good command of English & Chinese an added advantage
