• Project manage key luxury events with multiple partners.
• Plan and execute promotional and commercial projects to help build brand market share.
• Monitor, control and supervise the overall project and ensure each process and mile-stone are met in terms of time, set budget and quality.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners
• Troubleshoot and actively problem-solve challenges

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree holder in Business , sales, marketing qualifications
• 3 to 5 years in project or / and event management and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communicator and able to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at country and regional levels
• Identify, problem solve & present suitable solutions
• Experience in managing high-end events with multiple stakeholders and an interest in creative field a definite bonus.
• Team player, self-motivated, and result-driven
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability preferred
