Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing advertising, marketing and promotional activities including E-marketing projects
• Assist in planning and executing merchandise presentation, window set-up and in-store display
• Provide customer service support, handling customer enquiries, conducting marketing analysis and developing/ updating company website
• Provide customer feedbacks to main kitchen for products
• Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, demonstration and product capability booklets
• Follow up sales order & delivery arrangement
• Maintain and update a variety of distinctive client files and product lists
• Report to Manager & support ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Well organized, with strong business and market sense
• Self-motivated, hardworking, good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experiences, preferable in food & catering service industry
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Photoshop, AI, Internet, Facebook etc.)
• University graduate is necessary
• Degree holder of Business related disciplines would be first priority
• Less experience will be considered as Sales & Marketing Officer
