Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting & selling Lighting related products;
• Targeting developers, architect, consultant, specifiers, contractors, and liaise with them to maximize sales opportunities within the responsible territory;
• Explore new customers for future business opportunities;
• Handle enquiries and provide quality sales & technical support to our customers;
• Carry out sales and marketing activities
• Achieve sales target, maximize yearly turnover

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering discipline;
• Solid experience in technical sales, project management, electrical engineering, or product development engineering;
• Good relationship with property developers, architect, contractors and consultants;
• Self-initiative, aggressive and well organized;
• Good command of spoken and written English / Chinese / Mandarin;
• Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills, attention to details and customer oriented;
• Proficiency in PC skills e.g. Excel, Words, Powerpoint;
• With at least 3-5 years relevant sales experience in lighting industry;
• Some business travel is required in South China areas;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager
