SUPERVISOR / SENIOR SALES / SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

• Serve walk-in customers
• Handle sales/customer enquiries and complaints by applying company's product knowledge and detailed information
• Perform follow up calls to high potential clients to introduce new products lines
• Understand and assist in daily retail operations acitivities
• Meet set store targets as a team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant luxury sales experiences
• Exposure in watch & jewelry OR Fashion & Accessories is a must
• F.5 or above with good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Energetic, Outgoing and Pleasant personality with professional customer service attitude
