Job Description

Reporting to the Commercial Manager of CT3, the incumbent will assist to determine the objectives, plan and design the strategy of terminal customer services as to achieve our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints independently
  • Prepare billing information and ensure this information in the billing system is accurate
  • Review procedures and billing process to enhance the efficiency, work closely with I.T. Department to have feasibility study
  • Assist to complete the requests from senior management of our customers and neighbor terminals
  • Conduct research and gather information of market trend and industry update
  • Foster and strengthen the partnership relations between the Company and our customers and neighbor terminals
  • Assist to organize marketing events and terminal tours to our customers
  • Participate in regular meetings with our customers and neighbor terminals
  • Liaise with neighbor terminals on cross-terminal functions to promote the container industry to the public
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree of Business Administration/ Marketing/ Accounting or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience in customer services, with exposure to container/ shipping business is a must
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in management position
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
  • Customer-oriented, analytical thinking, problem solving and innovative
  • Strong self-motivation, ability to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is also preferable
