Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Work closely with internal and external parties for order enquiry and coordination
  • Perform customer serving function for suppliers and end customer in call centre environment
  • Perform order processing activities
  • Maintain inventory/transaction records and prepare various daily reports

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or diploma holder
  • Proficiency in computer applications such Excel and Word
  • Knowledge in SAP operations will be an asset
  • Good command in interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 2 years working experience in Order Processing/ Customer Services
  • Experienced in related business is an advantage
