Requirement:

• Provide support and repair OA applications including Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Supporting Windows 2000/2003 Servers and NT Servers;
• Maintaining Active Directory, Anti-Virus, Rightfax, Novell servers or server provided by customer
• Provide network support for the Regional Networks
• Network activity and capacity monitoring
• Performing backup with Brightstor ARCServe;
• Configuration and basic troubleshooting of backbone equipment
• Enhance the team’s documentation if necessary
• Implement and design infrastructure for relocation and shop opening

Job Description:

• Respond to client phone inquiries as well as resolving problems
• Handle general enquiries on usage of IT operating environment
