About Evergreen horizon company Limited:
We are a creative graphic design agency located in Hong Kong. Our services are based on creative and original concepts, and exceptional design production. 
 
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma with about 1-2 years experience in the sales administration areas
  • Support Director and Handle customers' enquiries, including both direct customers and users
  • Preparing sales invoices, quotation, reports and tendering documents
  • Support customers and salesman on any ad hoc and urgent product request; 
  • Support the Design team in daily operation and other ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Solid experience client management skill
  • Proficient in MS Office application particularly Excel, and internet.
  • Fluent spoken English and Mandarin is highly desired.
