RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customers’ complaints referred from stores and telephone enquiries from customer service hotline
• Liaise with Quality Control Department in Italy and arrange the defectives (stock and customers’) shipped to Italy for repair
• Manage the spare parts inventory and the repaired items
• Provide general clerical and administration support

QUALIFICATIONS

• F.5 graduate with minimum 2 years relevant experiences in retail industry
• Competent in I/E procedure & inventory control
• Strong communication, organization skills and problem solving ability with the ability of multi-tasking
• Good PC skills in Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
• Good command in English and Mandarin
