Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer care team to achieve all customer satisfaction task
- Strong experience on handling customer calls, enquiries and complaints
- Provide proactive follow up and excellent service to our customers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of customer service experience in beauty care/ retail industry, of which at least 3 years of supervisory capacity
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Positive, self-motivated, patient, able to work independently under pressure
