Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer care team to achieve all customer satisfaction task
• Strong experience on handling customer calls, enquiries and complaints
• Provide proactive follow up and excellent service to our customers 

 Requirements:

• At least 5 years of customer service experience in beauty care/ retail industry, of which at least 3 years of supervisory capacity
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Positive, self-motivated, patient, able to work independently under pressure
