Responsibilities

• To achieve targets in sales revenue, profitability and market share

• Develop strategic sales plan to penetrate into the market and grasp new develop business opportunities from ongoing projects and existing customer engagements for continuous up selling

• Engaging, motivating and mentor the sales team

• Maintaining a high level of daily activity associated with executing the sales process

• Contribute to a professional services culture and way of working characterized by strong customer focus, proactive attitude, teamwork, and strong performance ethics

• Strategise and formulate compensation structure

   Requirements

• University graduates or equivalent 

• Passionate sales and business development professional with 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in the Consumer Electronics industry

• Solid customer base or experience focus in ODM/OEM consumer electronic products – audio

• Strong in building up and maintaining relationship with ineternational customers

• Excellent spoken & written English, good in Cantonese and Mandarin
