Our client is a fast growing Aerospace parts manufacturing MNC with a wide product portfolio and deep expertise with precision parts for the aerospace industry in core components such in engines, power transmission, and related mechanical systems.  The company has over 20 manufacturing sites globally and actively growing by acquisition along with organic growth in its core markets.  As part of their five year plan, the company will appoint a global executive to head up a newly re-organized global aerospace team.  As such, the company is searching for a Global VP Sales - Aerospace to be based in Asia Pacific near their corporate HQ.

 

Reporting to the CEO, the Global VP of Sales will be responsible for Asia, Europe, Middle East Africa, and Americas markets and lead a team of sales professionals across multiple channels and countries.  The VP of Sales will focus on building new product pipelines with engineering teams, developing new customers, and putting in place best in class processes to better integrate newly acquired companies into the global sales platform.  The key mandate will be to double revenue in five years in a profitable manner and to create an integrated global sales function for this fast growing industrial company.
