Requirements:

•  F.7 / Diploma or above preferred
•  Minimum 2-3 years working experience in sales & marketing
•  Knowledge on PC skill Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Chinese Word  Processing  is preferred
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin & Cantonese
•  Good Command of Japanese will be first consider
•  Positive work attitude, Work Independently & good communication skills
•  Less experience will be consider as a Sales Coordinator 
•  Immediate availability is highly preferred

    Job Duties: 

• Handle invoice, purchase order , invoice issues, shipping & delivery arrangement, and other related documents
• Coordinate with delivery schedule between factory and Japan head office
• Liaise with Japan Headquarter and group company in China
• Handle overseas customer inquiries & orders 
• Ad hoc tasks  
• Business travel is required (Overseas)
