Venture Studios HK are expanding their team and looking creative for, fun, motivate, proactive people to join our new team.

Role:

Convert potential customer leads from various Venture Marketing channels into booked studio sittings appointments.

Responsibilities:

1. Contacting customers by phone from various lead sources with a view to booking portrait session.

2. Create excellent customer understanding of our product and  expectations.

3. Build a strong, positive rapport with client prior to them undertaking the portrait session.

4. Meet and greet clients upon their arrival at the studio when possible

5. Monitor and evaluate various lead source conversion rates and strive to improve them.

6. Effectively maximise all customer diary space through minimising postponements/cancellations. 

7. Inputting of client details into database.

8. General paperwork and administration associated with booked appointments. 

9. Attend marketing/team meetings.

10.Achievement of sales targets

11.Thorough understanding of Venture Products and Venture Experience

12. Any other reasonable tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• A least 1 years’ experience in a client facing retail industry.
• Be proactive and have an understanding of urgency and responsibility for their clients.
• Be able to work to targets and think out of the box to achieve targets when not met.
• Be outgoing and actively on the telephone.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese with Mandarin as an advantage.
