Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- To provide customer service and handle overseas client’s enquires

- To liaise with internal departments to resolve the client’s complaints

- Assist in ad-hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or above

- Minimum 1-2 years relevant customer service experience

- Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must

- Good in both spoken and written Cantonese and Putonghua

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS office

- 5 day work week with overnight shift duty (16:30-00:30 / 22:00-06:00), holidays shift duty is also required

- Fresh graduate are also welcomed
