• 負責手機檢測及維修
• 為顧客提供產品技術說明
• 處理技術性查詢

入職條件

• 中五程度或以上
• 兩年以上有關工作經驗及具有電子產品的認知
• 需要耐心處理顧客要求
• 願意超時及輪班工作
• 懂粵語, 英語及普通話溝通
• 熟悉電腦視窗操作
• 上班地點：旺角客戶服務中心
