Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to customers by phone and handling customer’s enquiries and complaints
• Through telephone contact existing customers and give them to update the existing service plans and value-added services
• Call the company’s products and marketing and sales to the existing customers (without cold call)

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Customer-oriented and good serving attitude
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferable
