• Coordinate and work closely with sales team for sales order processing
• Closely liaise with customers for logistics arrangement
• Handle incoming enquiries
• Perform ad hoc duties when required

Job Requirement

• F.5 / DSE graduate or above
• Good telephone manner in handling incoming & outgoing correspondence on customers' inquiries and complaints
• Proficient in PC including Word and Excel; Chinese typing is essential
• Proactive, detail-minded, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
