The role will be based in Hong Kong with international travels. Reporting to General Manager, develop, manage and grow business to business sales with an existing set of retail customers around the world.  Act as the primary contact for all business to business activity.  Coordinate with necessary internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver high levels of customer service and order fulfillment.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow business to business sales revenue and profitability
• Process sales orders and the corresponding purchase orders
• CRM
• Support related accounting practices to effectively track, monitor and analyse sales and profit performance
• Project management of associated artwork, QA, photography, supply chain and administration
• Preparation of sales and marketing materials: quotation forms and catalogues
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid business development experience in retail sourcing office and/or retail trading company
• Track record in supply chain purchase order & project management and fulfilment; sourcing and product development; vendor / supplier management; sales order management
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese; Energetic, collaborative, positive & tenacious
