Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of operations and documentation process, including incoming calls and inquiry from customers
• Assist sales team to follow up on cross trade business, 3rd party billing invoices, customer profile housekeeping
• Prepare necessary internal document in according to ISO requirements, and ensure the operation & documentation procedures comply with the requirements stated in SOP
• To coordinate closely and effectively with our global offices, service providers, carriers, etc.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above;
• At least 2 years experience in Customer Services, experience in Italy Tradelane is an advantage;
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua is a must;
• Familiar with PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent and mature;
• Immediately available is highly preferable

We offer 13 months salary, performance bonus, medical and overtime allowance to right candidate.
