Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To answer enquiries at the information counter and perform cloakroom service, receive group visitors and perform any other customer service
- To perform crowd control and enforcement of house rules duties
- To receive and render assistance to visitors in using the facilities and services
- To be assistance for maintenance, set up and dismantle of furniture, equipment and other necessary materials
- To be assistance foradmission and ushering service of thematic exhibition
- To perform operation of activities, traffic control, docent tour, dispatch and collection including the mailing of publicity materials, etc.
Requirements:
- Have completed Form 5 or above or above or completed Secondary 6 in New Senior Secondary (NSS), or equivalent
- 3 years’ post qualification full-time working experience in customer services in the trade of service industry / hospitality industry / public relations / property / facility management
- Speak fluent Cantonese and simple English and Putonghua for effective communication with local, overseas and mainland visitors
- courteous and enthusiastic in providing front-line customer services
- patient and polite in answering general enquiries and systematic in following up general enquiry records
Employment Terms:
- Working Hour: 09:00-18:30
- 6 working days per week
