Our client, one of the market leaders in IT&T industry in Hong Kong, is now looking for Sales Executive to serve Corporate Customer on service contract matters.

Job Description 

• Acquire both professional and voice & data service contracts by dealing with assigned customer accounts
• Communicate to responsible public and private sector accounts with excellent and comprehensive      customer relationship management
• Increase service revenue and market share of the Company by striving hard to win-back the potential and untapped users
• Monitor and proceed the whole service sales cycle from service selling to the completion of contract
•  Act as the coordinator to manage all requirement with both Customers and internal counterparts in order to smoothly deliver the service contracts and payment
• Handle 80% warm calls

Why You?

• University degree with at least 1 year of IT&T sales or customer service experience, OR post-secondary education with 3 or more years of IT&T sales & service experiences
•  Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
•  Fresh Graduate Degree Holder will also be considerate 
• Knowledge in the process of bid documents is an advantage
• Aggressive, mature, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication, canvassing and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
