Job Description
One of Hong Kong’s fastest growing Fintech start-ups is looking for passionate, happy and outgoing individuals to join their customer service team. On a mission to help people manage their spending and finances better, the company provides simple solutions for the millennial generation and would love for a positively energetic individual to act as a brand ambassador and help spread the word while providing support for any user-related enquiries.
The successful candidate will be a natural problem solver, eager to help others and keen about working with a fast-growing young business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of the customer service team
- Communicate with customers/users via the phone, e-mail & social media.
- Provide all rounded support with onboarding or any general enquiries
- Implement processes for compiling user feedback to communicate with product team
- Assist in copywriting for aspects including FAQ
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English & Cantonese (written & spoken) with fluency in Mandarin a plus
- 3-5 years of experience as a customer service representative or client facing roles
- Experience with the F&B/hospitality/airline industry is advantageous
- Adaptable, outgoing and motivated in providing a great service
- Brand ambassador & evangelist of the brand
