Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of the Business Dept to assist in issuing contracts/invoices and managing the Import and Export L/C & shipping documents
• Working closely with the finance team for the payments, I/E and L/C documents
• Working alongside financial professionals including traders and bankers
• Assist in conducting transactions and shipment schedule management
• Provide administrative support

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in international trade, logistics, petroleum refining or chemical engineering or related disciplines preferred
• 2 years experiences in petrochemical industry or related industrial products or agri-commodities trading (Fresh graduates with IANG visa are welcomed)
• Familiar with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Candidates with resourceful suppliers / buyers related to the company’s business is highly preferred
• Willing to work under pressure and able to work independently
