Responsibilities:

• Support Sales staff in customers’ enquiries
• Proceed sales orders
• Arrange shipment and delivery of sales orders
• Handle order-checking and color matching
• Prepare documents and perform filing & copying
• Liaise with customers when necessary

Requirements :

• F.6 or above with minimum 1 year working experience
• Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin will be an advantage
• PC knowledge to operate PC, Outlook, MS Office
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
