Qualifications

Degree in Life Sciences is a MUST

Familiar with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

Good command of spoken/written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

Job Description

Work with internal and external parties for order enquiries and coordination

Communicate and request quotations from suppliers

Deliver sales and marketing information to customers

Follow up with customers’ enquiries and complaints through phone calls and email

Provide support to sales team in the daily operation

Communicate with customer service team members to understand our current customer service processes and find ways to improve the workflow

Perform order-processing activities, logistics functions in coordinating with warehouse and forwarders; monitoring supplier's delivery performance

Responsible for data input, data consolidation
