Reports to Senior Commercial Manager


Job Duties

• Handle customer enquires, service issues or related complaints
• Maintain customer profiles, rates and customer requirements
• Prepare quotation and presentation material to customers
• Provide daily operations support to Commercial Executive, Commercial Assistant Manager and Commercial Manager
• Coordinate and liaise with other functional teams to ensure the smoothness of the operation
• Assist in reports preparation
• Take the role for cold calling and telemarketing

Requirements

• Form 7 or above or qualification equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong planning & organizing skills
• Results and customer oriented
• Willing to work under pressure
• Product knowledge in logistics is desirable
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Written and spoken Japanese will be an advantage
• Good PC operations knowledge including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
