WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The jobholder is responsible for consolidating and growing the business made by European brands in Asia (focus on Greater China), in collaboration with Regional Key Account Managers & Sales Directors in Europe and Asia Pacific.

To fulfill this role, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:

• Acquire new Global Accounts, manage strategic account development and CRM in alignment with sales colleagues in Europe.
• Consolidate business with existing accounts
• Promote and increase transparency in the local supply chains and clearly understand the roles of all Supply Chain Partners
• Assist account managers (both Europe and Asia) in their sales planning and execution
• Monitor and coordinate the local implementation of the account development plans
• Drive global business development by being a reference on the capabilities of local manufacturers and provide recommendation to European brands when needed
• Ensure the specificities and needs of the business in both Europe and Asia are well understood by all colleagues
• Act as partner to local account managers when visiting buying offices, agents, and design offices of European brands in Asia
• Primary contact for APAC Key Account Managers connected with these accounts, facilitating regular information exchange within the network, bundling information for strategy development and execution

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Result-oriented with strong business sense
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
