A well-established European pharmaceutical company is looking for a sales team manager to lead, coach, manage and develop a team of medical representatives in order to achieve business sales target and set objectives for the products in charge, in the government segment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate and manage team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales target
• Train, coach and motivate team members, help them to improve working competencies and work efficiency
• Allocate and adjust sales target to hospitals
• Ensure marketing campaigns are fully implemented
• Personally handle certain KOLs
• Lead sales team to list product in hospital formulary, when relevant
  

Minimum Requirements

• Science University degree  
• At least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field
• Good analytical & communication skills, team spirit & ambition
• Past experience as Sales Team Management in the government segment will be a plus
