Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improves operations of existing CL clients.
• Establish a team of solid CL supervisors who will be able to ensure the continuity of the business.
• Drive warehouse performance / cost control to achieve cost targets, develop action plans to improve productivities.
• Drive continuous improvement. Able to develop LEAN Six Sigma capabilities and embed a continuous improvement mindset across the organization to optimize results.
• Ensure continuous improvement on logistics operating practices and procedures, communicate with Business Units to standardize and streamline the operations.
• Promote and establish good relationships with key strategic suppliers including the Joint Ventures and Government bodies.
• Improve Customer Felt Performance Levels. Ensuring the Voice of Customer and the Voice of Process become an integrated part of the way we work.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in logistics or supply chain management; University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant disciplines preferable.
• 8-10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics management, or fulfillment operation; At least 5 years of delivery projects in warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or other ERP system. 
• LEAN certified or Six Sigma black belt preferred; Has the essential knowledge and skills for Lean approach for the entire organization and to manage its implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, planning & organizational skills are essential.
• Mature and able to work independently under pressure; Strong communication skills, capable of commmunicating with people at all levels.
