Job Description:

• Assisting the supervisors to execute all responsibilities and authority,
• Accountable for goods receipt, system processing, pick & pack of goods to distribution and shipping activities, includes Heavy duty of moving goods around within warehouse required.
• Organize the Import and Export activities,
• Documentation and filing,
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle count, and the twice a year full stock take,
• Coordinate with the other departments or oversea office co-worker in goods transportation arrangement,
• other ad hoc duties as assigned by senior staff.

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above education,
• 1 year working experience in shipping or warehousing,
• Proven experience of using Barcode / QR code system in warehousing a plus,
• Good command of computer literature (MS office, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good command of writing and speaking English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonhua),
• Good knowledge of I/E regulation and declaration procedure preferable,
• Self-motivated with good initiation and work independently preferable
• Result oriented and able to work under pressure,
