- F.5 or above
- 2-3 yrs. Experience in freight forwarding
- Responsible for full set of import / export shipping documents
- Data entry, document upload and filing
- Assist in routine operations;
- Maintain close communication and coordinate with clients / overseas agents / carriers / warehouse
- Able to speak, read and write basic English
- Strong customer service skills
