Job Description

Responsibilities

To communicate with clients and internal staffs, prepare the documents for importation/ exportation of company products.
Tracking of shipping status and assist the arrival of samples.
Arrange and assist the logistics and shipping process, importation or exportation of products.
Set up, import, review and renew all the documents/ workflow related to the department.
Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Associate degree or above
Experience with Logistics or shipping will be an advantage.
Good at English and Mandarin will be an advantage
Initiative, detail-minded, hardworking, sense of duty, willing to OT and work in holiday if necessary
Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel etc.).
