CS  Operation Assistant

Responsibilities
•To provide general office clerical work support / data entries associated with delivery operations
•To handle fast & accurate action reply under time pressure

Requirements
•F. 5 standard or above
•Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone manner
•1-2 years related working experience, preferably customer services industry
•Well versed in MS Word, Excel
•Good command in both spoken English , Chinese and Mandarin

Working Location and Hours:
Kwai Fong, NT
Mon - Sat (5-1/2 Days )
Mon - Fri 09:00 – 18:00
Sat 09:00-13:00
Basic salary:
HK$10,000 - $12,000 per month
