RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, the Customer Service & Logistic Specialist will be mainly responsible for  the following:

LOGISTICS

Execute the logistic activities including :

• Inbound Shipment Document tracking (Invoice/Packing list/Airway bill)

• Update incoming shipment record (invoice, item, each TP, each freight cost) for custom check/declaration check

• Coordinate with forwarder and airline for incoming shipment status (GPRD)

• Coordinate with 3PL to apply import license, provide information

• Coordinate with surveyor of damage

• Create shipment notification in SAP

OPERATIONS / DISTRIBUTION

Execute the distribution activities including :

• Masters maintenance

• Serve as the SAP expert for local OTC operations including

• Monitor 3PL KPI performance

• Partner with Quality Assurance & Regulatory function for any change in compliance with Ordinance

• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager

   

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent

• 4 years of customer service, logistics/supply or finance experience required

• Good communication skills (Oral and Written)

• Fluent in Cantonese and English

• Process oriented, problem solving skills

• Prior SAP experience preferred

• Proficiency in Excel
