Job Description:

• Data Entry & Run Reports
• Handle general office routine and clerical duties
• Prepare sample packages as per inter-company and customer’s request & sample coordinator
• Provide support to the team

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• At least 2 year working experience
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must     
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Willing to work outdoor if necessary
• Immediate availability is preferred
