We are a Japanese trading company. We are now looking for a a high caliber individual to join one of our sales team as Sales Coordinator.

Job Description:

• Assist to sales team in order processing, mainly metal products, eg. steel, copper..etc.
• Coordinating with customer & supplier, arrange delivery, shipment schedule.
• Handle full set I/E shipping documents, issue PO/SO, invoice, packing list..etc.
• Perform general clerical duties.

Requirement :

•  F5 or above.  
•  3 years exp in Trading, with shipping knowledge.
•  Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin, verbal & written.
•  Self-motivated, proactive, well organized & responsible.
•  PC skills of Word, Excel, knowledge of any ERP system is preferrable.
•  Immediate available
