Junior CRM Executive/CRM Executive

The role is full-time permanent. Reporting to business system team, mainly focus on data entry and business reporting job.

Key Skills:

• Verify, process, register clients in CRM system
• Manage and maintain customer database
• Segment customer database and generate business reports for various departments
• Provide support to other areas of the business as required

Requirements:

• Detailed minded person
• Patient to handle various jobs and tedious tasks
• Fresh Graduate is welcome
• Immediate available is preferred

Technical skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• SQL and database knowledge is an advantage

Language skills:

• Proficient level of English is a must
