Responsibilities:

• Manage a full spectrum of financial management duties, including financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow management, statutory & financial management reporting and taxation matters
• Develop financial strategy and provide professional advice to the management to meet with group objectives and facilitate the continual growth of business
• Oversee the coordination and execution of all financial related activities in the Group's businesses
• Preparation of financial budgets and forecasts, and participation in strategic business planning
• Liaise with both internal and external parties, and maintain good relationships with bankers, auditors, potential investors and other professional parties

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Finance/Accounting or a related disciplines
• A qualified accountant with 10 years commercial experience
• High level of presence and have proven ability of liaising with people at different levels
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills along with sound commercial awareness
• Strong business connection in the industry and customer base
• Experience working in Hong Kong listed companies or IPO is an advantage
• Mature, self-motivated, with strong analytical skills, and high numerical sensitivity
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
