Responsibilities:

• Develop, design and implement L&D strategy and action plans to support people development of the organization
• Conduct training needs analyses and develop L&D solutions to enhance team performance and service level
• Provide L&D advisory/consultancy services to line managers
• Lead or participate in talent management initatives, organization development and capability building projects, performance management, succession planning and management projects 

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training, Learning and Development and related disciplines
• At least 8 years of L&D and related experience preferably in sizable organization
• Proactive and energetic, customer focused and result-oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Working experience in F&B industry an advantage
