Job Description

The Job : 

- Responsible for full range of office administration management 

- Formulate and review admin policies, guidelines and procedures

- Manage and review service vendors for office operation/facilities related projects

- Assist in ad hoc office administrative projects assigned by management

 

Requirements :

- Degree in business administration or relevant disciplines

- At least 6 years experience in office administration management

- Solid office administration experience in sizeable organization preferred

- Proficient in MS application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

- Strong interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills

- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
