• Degree/Diploma in Design / Building
• Minimum 8 yrs experience in project management
• Experience in office design & build fitout work ideally with design & build firm
• Oversee fitting out works internal finishes
• Good communication skills
• Costing & budgeting
• Monitoring progress
• Preparing reports
• Site supervision
• Highly motivated and driven
• Cantonese and English language skills
