College Senior Lecturer / Programme Director for Human Resources, Leadership, Coaching, Managerial Psychology or Organization Development Related Programmes in the Institute for China Business

Monthly Salary Range: HK$42,150 – HK$65,530 (Grade of College Senior Lecturer)

Duties: The appointee is responsible for programme development, planning, promotion, preparation and delivery.  He/she is required to teach programmes in the areas like Human Resources, Leadership, Coaching, Managerial psychology and Organization Development.  The appointee will be based in Hong Kong and required to travel to the Mainland from time to time.

Requirements:  Candidates should at least possess a Master degree in a related discipline.  Relevant teaching experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), effective class management skills, and ability to motivate students are required.  Teaching experience in Putonghua at postgraduate level or corporate training, and working experience in the Mainland will be a definite advantage.

Terms of Appointment:Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review.  A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.  Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable.  The School provides excellent staff development opportunities.
