Position objective

We are one of the leading and most respected travel service companies based in Hong Kong. We are currently looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager to direct, promote and coordinate the operations of the company in a manner that will:

-       Optimize the company’s market share;

-       Help achieving the company’s mission and goals; and

-       Result in outstanding customer service.

Position responsibilities and work activities

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the following aspects:

Sales management:

• Establish sales goals and develop strategies to deliver high quality products to meet the demands of the travel service market
• Oversee sales performances of the company’s retail branches and online portal, and supervise pricing policies to price competitively and achieve desired gross margin
• Motivate salespeople, monitor their activities and assist in training, determining their incentive and bonus scheme as well as promoting outstanding customer service 

Marketing management:

• Accomplish marketing objectives by developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising spending, promotions, social media usage and other online and offline marketing campaigns
• Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirement, analyzing against competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and forecasting trend and behavior
• Involve in public relations in order to promote the business and enhance corporate image

Skills and education

• Possess thorough knowledge about sales and marketing strategies
• Have proficient leadership, organizational and supervisory skills
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have first-rate skills in understanding, creating and analyzing financial reports and budgets
•  Be resourceful, inventive and self-confident
• University degree holder in business management, economics or other related fields
• +10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail industry, with a successful record of achievements
