Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years+ solid and hands on experience in IT Infrastructure gained with banking industry
• Good understanding in LAN/WAN, workstation set up and migration, Storage and Backup system
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Proactive, self-driven and a good team player with ability to multi-task
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 

Responsibilities:

• Provide the full IT support including troubleshooting, incident and problem identification, resolution and escalation
• Undertake system testing and installation. Perform operation on server, server room and IT infrastructure
• Maintaining software /hardware inventory and handle required procurement
• Maintain daily SWIFT Operation and RMA management.
• Provide basic documentation for tracking purpose
• Liaise with service vendors on system installation and maintenance
