Job Description: 

Our client is a leading innovative provider of software and business management tools developing propriety data and software solutions. Its knowledge center acts as the support of its core business and is rapidly developing the group’s research and promotional activities related to the reparability of vehicles after accident. The company is focusing on expanding their business development and operations to promote, leverage and expand best practice to their business partners. 

The company has seven vehicle research centers globally being entirely fitted with the newest technology. It will leverage its global expertise and research capabilities to drive technology-focused innovation and invest in China's automotive insurance industry. 

This center will enable the creation of mutually beneficial partnerships among car manufacturers, repair shops and insurers while leveraging global expertise to drive innovation through better data, training and processes. This will result in a smarter, safer and more advanced auto industry in China.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing Operations, Sales, Engineering, Product and Finance activities for a US car repair and research center
• Replicate and customize the successful strategy of the group in Beijing
• Recruit, manage and retain staff to grow local operations
• Budget and implement best practice and align policies with the HQ in Europe

Requirements: 

• BS/BA degree along with 10+ years in (car) technology, software or insurance services
• Excellent project management skills
• Business savvy leader and team motivator
• Insurance background is a plus
• Mandarin speaking candidate will have an advantage, international exposure a plus
