Responsibilities:

• Liaise closely with Quality Assurance & Quality Control (“QA & QC) and merchandising departments, garment suppliers and potentially with some 3^rd-party inspection house in consolidating weekly inspection schedules for resources and workload planning
• Responsible for monitoring inspection bookings by suppliers based on shipment delivery date and resources availability
• Organise and maintain records of inspection results, supplier’s performance and other supply chain performance indicators in order to generate regular reports and initiate analytical tools to provide meaningful management reports
• Provide assistance in tracking and ensuring relevant documents are in place for customs declaration and timely shipment delivery
• Work closely with merchandising team and responsible for handling large amount of data entry for providing packing lists to the suppliers
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities to develop supply chain solutions that can optimize business operations to ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction
• Provide other ad-hoc support as requested by management

Requirements:

• Completion of higher secondary school or above
• At least 4 years of logistics or supply chain experience & stable career track record, preferably gained from garment trading industry
• Experience and strong knowledge of ERP system and high IT literacy in learning new system or software is essential
• Well versed in PC applications, in particular MS Excel (vlookup), Office, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, well organized, positive attitude and team player mindset
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Attention to details is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin)
