Responsibilities:

• Assist in copywriting, translation and editorial support to various corporate publications including press releases, newsletters, brochures, etc.;
• Coordinate all corporate communications and promotion materials such as brochures, corporate collaterals, advertising copy, website content, company & photo archives and publications, etc;
• Liaise with internal and external parties, including supplier, vendors and production companies to  deliver the corporate communications campaigns efficiently and effectively;
• Coordinate and implement communications campaigns such as branding, advertising, publicity and event management;
• Maintain a consistent Corporate Identity in the Group;
• Other ad hoc projects as required;

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Translation, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines;
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in corporate communications or marketing in sizable companies will be an advantage;
• Excellent writing, organising, presentation and communication skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing especially MS Access;
• Knowledge in Web design, Photoshop, Illustrator or related software will be an advantage;
• Responsible, energetic and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-minded, independent, well-organized, a good team player
