Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for customer orders processing, entering order data into the system and operation work

To handle general enquires from customers/sales by phone calls / emails

To handle invoicing and control pricing in system.

Ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior

To ensure customer satisfaction through the effective execution of customer service functions.

Job Requirements:

Form 7 or HKDSE graduated or above

At least 2 year's working experience in customer service / sales support field

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Good typing skill

Pleasant, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Dedicated and eager to learn

Salary: $11,000 to $13,000

Location: To Kwa Wan
